Groveland Estate Farmhouse

Up the hill from the Spring house stands a stone farmhouse, also roofless and slipping into ruin. It was probably here when the Warfield family came in the 1830's and established Groveland, building a large mansion whose two story verandas gave a stunning view of the river valley and railroad, a novelty at the time.
