The Parish HouseOn Sykesville's Main St., adjacent to the Patapsco River, which washed the town away in 1868, stands the "old stone store". It has been recycled, first as the town's fire engine house, and most recently as St. Barnabas parish house. The date is misleading. The building was erected after the great flood of 1868, and 1771 refers to the date of Old Trinity Church "mother" of St. Barnabas. [ Prev | Next ] | ![]() |
